This Privacy Policy is provided by Stanislav Morozov (“we”, “us”, or “our”), independent developer of Symnote.
Symnote Health & Symptom Diary (“Symnote”, “the app”) is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, or transmit your health data on our servers. Your health information remains under your control on your device.
Information We Collect
Symnote does not collect data on our servers.
The app allows users to manually enter health-related information, such as symptoms and personal notes.
All entered data is stored locally on the user’s device only.
Symnote does not access, collect, or transmit this data to the developer or third parties.
Accounts and Registration
Symnote does not require account creation or user registration.
No login, email address, or personal identifier is required to use the app.
Data Storage
All data entered into Symnote is stored locally on your device using system-provided storage.
The developer does not have access to this data.
If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed from your device.
Data Sharing
Symnote does not share user data with third parties.
No data is sold, transferred, or disclosed to advertisers, analytics providers, or other external services.
Third-Party Services
We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social media SDKs. We do not use services such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Facebook SDK, Sentry, or similar tools.
Apple Services
If you have enabled Share iPhone Analytics in your iOS settings, Apple may share anonymized crash reports and performance diagnostics with us. This data does not include your health information, app content, or anything that identifies you.
Apple may also provide aggregated, anonymized App Store analytics (such as downloads and page views) that cannot be used to identify individual users.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Symnote should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation.
Children’s Privacy
Symnote is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We do not collect personal data on our servers.
